5. Vehicle Maintenance and Expenses:

  • Delivery drivers are responsible for maintaining their vehicles in good working condition, including regular maintenance and repairs.
  • You will be responsible for covering all expenses related to your vehicle, including fuel, insurance, and any other operating costs.

6. Compliance with Laws and Regulations:

  • Delivery drivers must comply with all applicable laws and regulations governing the operation of motor vehicles, including licensing, registration, and insurance requirements.
  • You agree to conduct yourself professionally and represent Delivery Doves in a positive manner while making deliveries.

7. Safety and Security:

  • Delivery drivers must prioritize safety and take necessary precautions to ensure the security of orders during transit.
  • In the event of any safety concerns or incidents, delivery drivers should contact Delivery Doves immediately for assistance.

8. Termination of Engagement:

  • Delivery Doves reserves the right to terminate the engagement of any delivery driver for violation of these terms and conditions, failure to meet performance standards, or other reasons deemed necessary.
  • Delivery drivers may terminate their engagement with Delivery Doves at any time by providing written notice.

9. Confidentiality:

  • Delivery drivers agree to maintain the confidentiality of any sensitive information obtained during the course of their engagement with Delivery Doves, including customer data and order details.

10. Indemnification:

  • Delivery drivers agree to indemnify and hold Delivery Doves harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from their conduct or performance as delivery drivers.

6. Reporting Incidents:

7. Training and Support:

1. ID Badge Requirement:

  • As a delivery driver for Delivery Doves, you are required to wear an official Delivery Doves ID badge at all times during your shifts.
  • The ID badge serves as a means of identification and helps prevent the wrong handover of food orders to unauthorized individuals.

2. Responsibilities of ID Badge Use:

  • Delivery drivers must ensure that their ID badge is clearly visible and worn in a prominent location, such as on their clothing or attached to a lanyard.
  • The ID badge should be presented to customers upon delivery of their orders to verify the identity of the delivery driver.

3. Prohibition on Sharing ID Badges:

  • Delivery drivers are strictly prohibited from sharing or lending their ID badge to anyone else for the purpose of collecting orders on their behalf.
  • Only authorized Delivery Doves delivery drivers are permitted to use their assigned ID badge for order pickups and deliveries.

4. Notification of Badge Transfer:

  • In exceptional circumstances where a delivery driver is unable to fulfill their shift and must arrange for someone else to collect orders on their behalf, prior notification must be provided to Delivery Doves.
  • Delivery drivers must inform Delivery Doves management in advance and obtain approval for any temporary transfer of their ID badge to another individual.

5. Consequences of Unauthorized Badge Use

  • Unauthorized badge use without a notification of badge Transfer approval would be deemed as identity theft that would be immediately report to the Police, which deem punishable by law.

By agreeing to these terms and conditions, delivery drivers acknowledge their responsibility for ensuring the importance and consequences of the ID badge of the representing Delivery Doves. These terms are subject to change at the discretion of Delivery Doves’ management.
