  • Vendors must comply with all applicable laws and regulations related to food safety, hygiene, and licensing.

3. Registration and Account:

  • Vendors must complete the registration process and provide accurate information about their business, including contact details, menu items, and pricing.
  • Delivery Doves reserves the right to approve or reject vendor applications at its discretion.

4. Menu and Pricing:

  • Vendors are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date menu items, descriptions, and prices on the Delivery Doves platform.
  • Pricing must be competitive and consistent with prices offered through other channels.

5. Food Quality and Safety:

  • Vendors must maintain high standards of food quality, preparation, and hygiene to ensure customer satisfaction and safety.

6. Order Fulfillment:

  • Vendors agree to fulfill orders placed through the Delivery Doves platform promptly and accurately.

7. Delivery and Logistics:

  • Vendors are responsible for coordinating with Delivery Doves delivery personnel or designated third-party delivery services for order pickup and delivery.

8. Communication and Support:

9. Payment and Fees:

  • Vendors agree to pay a commission fee to Delivery Doves for orders placed through the platform.

10. Termination:
