3. Registration and Account:

4. Menu and Pricing:

Vendors are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date menu items, descriptions, and prices on the Delivery Doves platform.
Pricing must be competitive and consistent with prices offered through other channels.

5. Food Quality and Safety:

Vendors must maintain high standards of food quality, preparation, and hygiene to ensure customer satisfaction and safety.

6. Order Fulfillment:

Vendors agree to fulfill orders placed through the Delivery Doves platform promptly and accurately.

7. Delivery and Logistics:

Vendors are responsible for coordinating with Delivery Doves delivery personnel or designated third-party delivery services for order pickup and delivery.

8. Communication and Support:

Vendors must maintain open communication with Delivery Doves regarding menu updates, changes in operating hours, or any other relevant information.
Delivery Doves will provide support and assistance to vendors as needed to ensure a smooth operation.

9. Payment and Fees:

Vendors agree to pay a commission fee to Delivery Doves for orders placed through the platform.

10. Termination:

Delivery Doves reserves the right to terminate or suspend vendor accounts for violation of terms and conditions, failure to meet performance standards, or other reasons deemed necessary.
